Perma Bans in the US for chat violations, but not in other countries/reigions? Why?
So I have a question, why does the US need chat bans, but the other countries/regions don't need them? I guess this can be answered in a number of ways. The US doesn't need any chat bans, and because we do have them, I think people are more flippant because of it. This chat ban system makes people more focused on others rather than looking inward on improving at the game, which defeats the entire purpose of the ban in the first place.
To be clear I am talking about perma banning people or suspending people for being "Toxic" or saying mean things in game.
