Already a very low playrate/winrate and a small fanbase, i actually want to learn her as my mid lane priority, she seems pretty fun to play and can rotate pretty well. She has been nerfed then buffed, then nerfed and buffed the wrong way, nerfed, buffed and now kinda gutted and left almost unplayable in the eyes of many. whats going to happen with her?

Yeah, they also released sol who basically fits her bill (roaming cc mid-laner who builds rylai's and does a surprising amount of damage) only is far easier to actually play. While I really do hate to say this, I have a feeling she may be one of those characters "reworked" next year along with mordekaiser and karthus.
