AP bruiser/tank item idea

= an item that gives you 60 AP, 400 mana, 30 armor, and 10% cdr (or 15-20%). It has a spell effect that slows AS on spell damage, the amount of the slow is reduced for AoE skills. I think you could get a really good tank/ap bruiser item out of this that supports might get if fed and AP mids might get as a niche item. It gives a little bit of everything but you only really want to get it when the other team has a really fed ADC or is playing with a second AA based champ (Yi jungle, teemo top, etc).
