User-specific champion stats

Over 120 games I have a 40% winrate with Thresh, but a 60% winrate with Blitzcrank over ~50 games.

May be its because teammates cant take lantern in low elo? Since Thresh trades a better grab for the lantern. Or why is it? My KDA wth this champion is 2.3/3/13.5

Isnt it a good idea for me to just play blitzcrank to climb ranked?
