Game is balanced

Ty based rito. Riot has one of the best balance teams except may be for the one-man team known as Icefrog on dota, but to balance such a massive and complex game so well takes something, even though they have a system of how to do it. Sure some winrates differ but its a very minor difference overall, and those same winrates change alot from high to low elo to pro play, thats why its so complex to balance it but you do a good job
