I used to hate playing against Darius as a top laner until I knew how to play against him. He's really not that OP. He's a lane bully but super immobile. If he spins, get super close to him instead of running away. Once the spin is on CD he really has nothing left but Autos so give a few autos or attacks and then back off.

And it isn't observation bias when it's in line with what the overall stats say.

And the overall stats say Darius performs too well against too many more champions than there are champions who perform well against him.
