Two top laners thanks to faulty chat room, and I take the hit for remaking

I have encountered problems with calling lanes in blind pick normals before, where I have to call my lane multiple times to make sure that everyone sees what lane I called and build our team around that. This time, however, I ended up in a game where someone else called top before I entered the chat room and didn't speak up about it. I found out too late to dodge the match by closing the client, and instead had to resort to intentionally going afk for the good of the game, calling a remake vote and getting everyone out of the game without penalty or time wasted.

Afterwards, the client gave me that brief and humiliating lecture about how going afk is bad, and I had to type that "I agree" with it's condescending little message. I would imagine this means there's some invisible penalty on my account that I can't get rid of, and if ever have to leave a game for an important reason, I will be met with a harsher penalty. I do not like this at all.

The remake system is a great addition to the game and it saves everyone a lot of time, but in normals, you should be able to call a remake regardless of whether or not someone on your team is dc or afk. If you end up with team composition issues and a majority of your team feels like the game needs to be dodged, they should have the option of remaking and escaping the game without anyone being pegged as a leaver and getting Leaver Busted.

Additionally, it is especially important in blind pick normals that anyone who joins the room at any time can see the whole chat history every time, not just items that were recieved after they joined the room. Not ever being certain that you were the first person to call a lane and not knowing if there's anyone who hasn't joined the room yet is an unnecessary complication for blind pick team arrangements and results in people having to dodge games more often than they should, and receive penalties for doing so, too.

I don't know how many people here care about what happens in blind pick normals, but hopefully enough to get this thread some attention.
