Ashe vs other ADCS

Just visually watching her in game and glancing at her new passive + Q, she is GREAT. However, is she going to crowd out other adcs? Ashe may not have mobility but she does have her range still. Is Ashe a better Jinx? She does not require mana to fire at 650 and her AA slows the enemy while charging up (better new passive :D) to rapid fire. Jinx on the other hand has a mini aoe rocket. Ashe has a kalista like move that CANNOT be killed although cannot be used as often. Ashe ult is still great if it lands. I feel ashe is strong now which is good as she wasn't before and mobility still counters her. However, does she overshadow other adcs? If Ashe is against graves, can't she poke him down before he engages? What about if he is full health? Can't she rapid fire him down still?

She is now officially an EXTREME hardcounter to immobile carries (Jinx Sivir, etc). Once you have been AA'd, you are pretty much dead. You cant run because she just AAs you again and slows you. You cant even summoner 4 because it doesnt get rid of CC effects. Once you finally escape, she returns and kills you in the same way.

Does that mean she overshadows other ADCS? Many adcs are "immobile" maybe not lucian and kalista but their auto attack range is also lower. Kalista can only jump if she LANDS an aa which means she won't win the trade against a ranged champ like ashe ranged. Does her range still scale Ashe to late game much better than the others? Before she was considered the low dps but supporty adc. Her new Q barrage and passive (no mana needed for slow right?) means she'd get more damage right?

It means that she overshadows ADC's without an escape ability (or one with really long cooldowns). Even Lucian can outdamage her with his passive and can outrun her because he has the longest dash in the game currently.

Her range is another issue. Its like Annie's range but with a small CC. It is big for the amount of CC that it does. Lategame, she won't be as powerful as other ADCs but earlygame, she is a nightmare.

She used to be the super kitey adc, but kalista kind of took that from her. She is still good at kiting but is now better at sticking to a target. Also graves tries to blow people up using burst and maybe a couple autos. Different play style than ashe.

Ashe is a Utility ADC. Her power comes from her Global initiation tool and her global vision tool. That's how she really stands out from other ADCs. You would be mistaken if this makes her Over shadow the more Damage Oriented ADCs like Jinx or Lucian.

Something I noticed is that Utility ADC's Like Sivir, more recently ashe, and Kalista, are popular choices in the Tank meta. But if it's the tank meta, why are we not seeing Tank shredding Hyper carrys instead? My only explanation is that ADC contributes to the team more if they work with, rather than against the tanks. With Sivir and Ashe Engage, it helps the tanks Job of starting the team fight.
