She is fine. Stop trying to play her the same and learn her new strengths. She has clear windows of opportunity and is easier to play to her full potential now. Her W can't be countered anymore, and she has a blink.

She just got a buff to her passive so it works on turrets again. With Gunblade she has zero issue oneshotting carries and healing to full right after. You can't just vomit on the keyboard anymore and get a kill - you have to be like Fizz and LB and have timing.

I was mad about the changes to LB, but I learned how to play her.

probably won't get a buff since she's competing with kass, hec, yi, and a few others for how bad the game becomes when she's strong

Akali used to be one of my main champions, I dropped her with the assassin update because she was pretty garbage but as I play her more shes actually not that bad, a lot of her damage got shifted in her kit though, because before she had a lot more damage on her ultimate.
