Let the team vote in champion select if they want to continue and block the ditcher from playing for the remainder of how long they play.

Or at least some kind of block on playing with that specific person until they play a whole match. Er y'know, something like that.

What does that even mean? The person dodged, it would be a 4v5 then. and the one who dodged already has to wait due to the dodge itself.

No. The currently punishment for dodging queues is fine.
