its true. it basically her item its only she that regally but it. they could even make the time a passive all viktor upgrade for her. alkali without gun blade is like cancer without ebola

Because the people who do buy it (Mordekaiser and Vladamir) scale better from the ap and CD reduction anyway. You can make an argument for gunblade on morde, but 90% of the time I'd rather have will for cooldown and not having to go down a useless build path.

Wota is almost 1000g cheaper and if you are playing a mage, you really shouldn't be auto attacking that much, plus you don't want to get within range ( in most cases) to use gunblade's active due to possible cc from tanks and etc. And if you rushing gunblade, you are delaying the real core of your build.

900 gold cheaper first of all also 10 percent cdr is really good on champs who build it. Spending 900 extra gold on an item which is pretty much the same is not worth on someone like cassiopiea who never auto attacks and builds rylais fairly commonly

Bloodthirster is cheaper then ie but you don't build it over ie because you need damage.

I think you're undervaluing the CDR on WotA for Mages. It's much more useful to spell-based champions than some AD. And by the time you finish it the help with last-hitting won't matter much.

and how is this relevant in this situation you build the two for different reasons if you build wota or hextech its for the same thing on akali who has ad and a scalings hell yeah ima build hextech but on cass or ori im building a wota
