Glaring Issue with Mordekaiser future Buffs /Nerfs
Mordekaiser is getting some major shifts in power with his abilities. To what extent is currently unknown. The glaring focus would seem to be the power of his Q and the mechanics around his W. The issue that I see is that his AP/AD ratios will continue to disrupt things as his W and E don't benefit from any type of builds that force players to optimize his Q and to a small degree E.
I think it might be time to cut bait with Morde's AP ratios on the skills that are AP only. It is odd that his passive now scales with his MAX HP, but all his other abilities have no interaction with those mechanics other than the 15% shield boost on his E. This ultimately forces him to make shield generation useless or weaken the shield by going more AP, there really isn't a solid middle ground.
I think Morde's Max HP% needs to be used as a modifier for his W, R or potentially all his abilities though that may be a bit drastic. He builds tank now anyway, which kills his AP itemization and vice versa. If power is taken away from Q these glaring issues are going to still be present, even if his W gets self-casting etc.
In the current state the Ult is useless other than Dragon / executing a low health target. With only rylai and TF you are barely doing 39% health over ten seconds, which is a drastic difference from his pre-rework damage because it is AP reliant. Either the ratio needs to be enhanced to give more % dmg for less AP or base it off his own HP.
