Can you keep this change, Valor (E) cooldown increased from 10/9/8/7/6 to 14/13/12/11/10

but don't add the other one? Broken Wings (Q) cooldown lowered from 13 at all ranks to 12/11.5/11/10.5/10

Thanks, no need to tweak the champion just straight up nerf her already.

I'm sure I do, thats why Gragas got his AP self buffed after I've been spamming riot to buff it. I'm sure I do. Been playing this game for over 6 years and I've seen stuff happen soo often that I can predict it with ease.
