I can see it now:

Patch 7.7: Shen

• Spirit's Refuge (W) Cooldown now reduced based on how many basic attacks are blocked

Patch 7.8: Shen

• Spirit's Refuge (W) Cooldown increased from 18 / 16.5 / 15 / 13.5 / 12 to 22/19.5/17/15.5/12

Same patch: bugfixes: My lane will always push: fixed a "bug" allowing Shen's W cd to be reset by minions, effectively permanently resetting W's cd. You'll never take me alive: fixed a bug allowing Shen to permanently protect an exposed inhib, causing all-for one Shen games to never end.

As long as this change stays as far away from Yasuo's WW, I am do not see anything wrong with that change/buff.

Still not useful for Shen. He's just too tanky to care about one or two autos in lane, and the whole mechanic is too weird to use to protect allies with, where this buff will give its biggest aid.

I'll take a Shen buff if I'm given one tho.

hope they're still nerfing his ult if they're going to make him stronger in other areas

that actually makes sense to have done. tank meta is coming... that is just another brick in the foundation.
