Autofill with ONE role exception

My tips to never get autofill

-when the queue timer exceeds 3 minutes, restart the queue -when you are in champ select and someone dodges, don't accept the next queue pop and restart the queue -when you get a queue pop and someone doesn't accept, don't automatically accept the next one -dodge at least once a day. It's only 3 lp and its better than losing 20

It's not perfect, but it helps me minimize the amount of times i must autofill

The auto-fill system is placed to counter the long queuing times, and by implementing a system that will allow you not to play a certain role will increase queue times again.

Majority of people that play this game have a role that they'd rather not play, but sometimes it's got to happen. Try asking team members in champ select if they're able to swap out.

They tested it, and scrapped it.

It still left with the Q times getting increased by far too long. (Maybe if people actually played support.)

These days I'm queueing up as top and support. I'm doing that because they're my favorite roles and I'd prefer to play them. But it should be know that I'm also fine with Jungle and mid. Unfortunately for everyone in the queue, I can't sign up for those roles unless I:

A. Aren't protected from Auto-fill and B. Those are the open roles

I think you can see where I'm going here. I find four roles acceptable, and one loathsome. What I'm suggesting is that you give me a new fill option (not removing the current ones) that allows me to exclude a role. This allows me the option to cover a lot more ground in the "what do you need" queue while not wanting to jump off of a bridge by consistently getting ADC. I'll also say the obvious here just to cover myself. Auto-fill would still be in effect, so if we all don't want ADC, AF will still cover us.

Here's the point: Right now we're allowed to cover two roles, or five. And since five inherently includes the one you like least, why not give us the option for 4? The time to wait should drop, and the quality of games should increase. I think this would also give you substantially more information to work with since you can spot trends more easily than looking at the AF data.

just learn at least 3 roles me i great with four and ok in jg but the more lanes you get down the lower hit you take from auto fill

I dunno where these people are getting autofilled so much from. I rarely get autofilled. I que ADC/Mid every time. I get autofilled like once every 20 games. I just checked my last 100 matches and I got autofilled 5 times out of 100 games. Is that really an issue?
