Passive - Ally attacks on enemy champions create a mark that you consume on hit giving you and that ally an attack speed and movement speed buff.

Q - Same as before but can now target champions doing magic damage instead of true and can no longer target epic monsters.

W - First cast - create a circle around you that lasts 4 seconds. Any enemies within the circle at the end of 4 seconds who were hit by 3 snowballs get snared.

second cast - 2/3 charges - throw 3 snowballs in rapid succession in a target direction doing magic damage and slowing the enemy hit.

E - create a growing snowball in a target direction and gain movement speed. Recast to throw the snowball within a cone in front of you that stuns and does magic damage.

R - same as current

Q can still be used on epic monsters (confirmed by Reav3) and I think his E can only be thrown in a line, would be a bit unfair if it was a cone since it's so wide.

I just thought it can no longer target epic monsters because of the part with the rift herald in the teaser.

I pretty much agree with you. However, I think the snowballs for the W are targeted and not a skill shot, but I think they do minimal damage and the detonation actually does majority of the damage since it killed Elise in the teaser. Also, I think the W circle itself is the thing that slows enemies and not the snowballs cause if you look closely in the teaser, Trundle isn't slowed till he is in the circle.

I also don't think the E is cast in a cone, and it simply keeps rolling a certain distance in the direction you were moving. Also, the Q can definitely still target epic monsters.
