that the only strong champs, are ones that can actively avoid taking damage all together, Fizz, Zed, Kayn, Ezreal, Vayne, Jax,WW, Vlad, etc etc.
A full AP Fizz is literally a better tank than a fully built tank, because tank stats don't matter at all.
Ok sure but why1 votesIronic, because even most tanks manage to out-damage ADC's in 1v1 combat without building damage themselves. Since a tank can deal an ADC's health in damage more quickly than an ADC can deal a Tank's amount of health in damage.
