Is udyr really op?
I was just told by a Yi and yasuo that udyr is stupidly op yet with most melee adcs late game you can just activate your ult and then switch over to auto-attack. What's the general consensus have to say about this?

Hes in no way op lol. Hes pretty much useless IMO since he needs a lot of farm to be relevant and therefore lacks ganks during the laning phase
Annoying to play against? Yes. A bit too binary as to which champions he does well against / poorly against? Yes. OP? Not really.
No he's not op. His opponents have a huge power spike against him level 6 since he effectively has no ult. His chasing potential is garbage until he gets at least 3 points in bear, which hamstrings his dueling potential early game if you rush points in it since it's only his mobility that scales.
Late game he's really hard to catch out and can split push well, but his teamfight potential is a little underwhelming. A 1s stun doesn't do anything to a tank with tenacity, and he doesn't hit tanks hard either unless really fed, so his peel is underwhelming. He can catch out an adc and eat him for lunch provided the adc isn't really fed, or he can kite in and out and try to abuse his low cdr shield, but he can't face tank a team without being really far ahead or having no damage potential.
There's basically a reason Trick2g is the only prominent player who plays him regularly.
