When does Skarner shine his time again like how he was in season 1-3
Any possible rework for him in this season 7?

Mimy1 votesIs it sad to tell you that he recently got a mini-rework not too long ago with the Juggernaut update..
GodJormungandr1 votesi knew the rework but, that rework made him even worse and weaker, he is now only good with his spires in jungle but what kind of juggernaut he is right now? nothing. Check season 1-3 and watch his old passive it was real scorpion juggernaut's mode
