It's not healthy.

It's easily abusable. Assassins shouldn't get attack speed and life steal.

Now you have Yi, Nocturne, and other champions abusing it.

Rengar with sanguine blade is way too strong.

Rengar has always been an unhealthy champion. Deleting players in 0.63s or less shouldn't be allowed.
