How does ardent censer calculate?

For instance if you're soraka and you have an ardent censer, your healing without one does X amount. THis is the base AP plus a ratio of your AP from items.

What number does ardent censer take and multiply by .15 and give you as extra? If you heal 100 without ardent, with an ardent, do you end up healing 115? Or..... does ardent ignore some values or not...?

It uses whatever your heal/shield value is. So yes, if you have a heal that does 100, the Censer adds 15% more, making it 115. This value is also additive, so Censer plus Crucible makes it 30%.

as far as i've seen it's addition to the total shield value. 100 shield= 15 bonus
