@riot lol fizz base damages compared to kassadin ?

Kassadin's actually in a pretty all-right spot aside from how he needs to manage his E/R Stacks and that he doesn't contribute anything if he can't kill people. if anything Kassadin probably just needs a Voice Update (sorry, I forgot VU stood for Visual Update) and maybe reducing the spells to cast Force Pulse. At the very least half of his dialogue is nonsensical in referring to a now removed silence and yelling 'THE BALANCE OF POWER MUST BE PRESERVED!' What the hell does that even mean for Kassadin?

A VU is different from a Full Update. Seriously, if you play him, nearly 2/3rds of his Dialogue is about 'The Balance of power' (seriously, is he half-Kinkou?) or a Silence reference (which he no longer has)

EDIT: God damn it I forgot VU stood for Visual Update in my post, sorry. He need a Voice Overhaul.

It wouldn't hurt if his sheild from Q was a bit bigger and lasted a bit longer.

Both are honestly quite healthy right now IMO.

As a full on Fizz hater for 2 years I have no problem when he kills. It actually feels like he had to try or land something to do it.

Fizz doesn't have a 2 second cooldown flash.

WHO needs a 2 cd flash ( with 40% cdr) when you get un marketability on a 4 second CD + flash did i mention his q also gives mobility. and his burst outscales kassadin throughout the game

Kass's R has a 2 second cooldown at 0% cdr. Fizz's E has a 8 second cooldown at 0% cdr. Kass's R can occur literally 4x as much as Fizz's.

Even after that fizz negates damanage with his e and his a is a dash kassadin had only one blink to fizzes dash and untargetable troll poll kassadin can't out play zed karthus ult with an e karthus candy avoid a maoki w or any single target lockdown

Kass's R consumes literally 100 times more mana than Fizz's E.

Actually Fizz's E has one of the highest mana costs for a mobility ability at 90 - 130 from rank 1 - 5

More on topic, kassadin could obviously use some love some where. No one wins with him, not the pros, not the plebs. No idea how you go about balancing him though, i think if his numbers went up higher in any aspect he would just be broken again. Most likely just needs a total rework which removes riftwalk, even though that's what defines kassadin.

If you use riftwalk repeatedly, which you probably would have to considering its range, Kass' costs are far, far more steeper than FIzz. It's why he builds mana in the first place, whereas Fizz can get by with just AP or a lich bane

Are u kidding me? Its not 2 sec ... Its 6/4/2 sec CD ... 2 sec CD on ult in 40 minute of the game! Lol ...
