Summoner Spell Idea? Not sure if you'd like it or not but ill try
A spell that can interrupt any skill. Like it can cancel Katarina's ult, Miss Fortune's ult, Channels, etc

which people rarely take.
Channeled ults and abilities are normally stopped by crowd control which are available more often that not and the summoner spell would need a low cool down to compensate, but even if it was low; the specified champions non ult abilities would be up much faster and it won't really bring much to the table.
Not many people would think twice about a summoner spell like that when others are relevant at all times. Including

rip off star wars and make it a short range force push (like if you'd hit them with sejuani's Q or something) that'd also make it a viable pick for low mobility squishy ADCs and mages, since it would give them a small amount of breathing room to get away from strong, sticky assassins or fighters
