Vladimir: What's going on with him?

I play so much more often now.

I used to have two champions that I played regularly, and . However, with the rise in popularity for GP (Thanks Tobias), I've had to start playing Vladimir more and more, since so many people are picking Gangplank.

Question is, will Vladimir get buffs? He feels fine to play as, but then I am basically purely a Vladimir main now. I know that Riot may consider him a balance problem in the Competitive Scene, but then again we have not seen Vladimir in competitive ever since they nerfed his Tank Build path (where he built first item and proceeded to waveclear until 35 minutes in, where he would have outscaled everybody) by increasing his AP ratios on his passive and E, while nerfing his tank ratios (his E does 6% of his max health while he pays 8% of his max health).

I personally think Vladimir is not in need of buffs as much as he is in need of power re-balancing. He should be given even more incentive to build a heavy AP build, so that he risks dying when he goes in, but if played correctly can AoE the entire enemy team while surviving. His tank build, even with less damage, still is too safe with just enough reward.

However, I know how much we don't like Vladimir compared to other champs on this board, so I am prepared for downvotes.
