Fiora's parry needs to be nerfed

I have never once seen a fiora player do bad in a game. not once. In years of League, I have never seen one not eventually get fed and destroy everyone. She needs nerfs more than any other champion. For starters her parry should not parry literally every attack in the game, including ults. That in itself is an ult level move. She should not parry ults nor true damage. Remove that already ffs.
