I'd say,

Mid: Ahri Anivia Annie Cassiopeia Ekko Fiddlesticks Kassadin Leblanc Orianna Syndra Velkoz Ziggs Galio Lucian Taliyah Malzahar Jungle: Amumu Elise Gragas Graves Khazix LeeSin Nunu Olaf Warwick Zac Ivern JarvanIV Top: Darius Fiora Galio Jayce Kled Pantheon Renekton Riven Rumble Shen Trundle Gragas Bot: Ashe Caitlyn Draven Jinx Lucian Twitch Varus Xayah KogMaw Sup: Bard Blitzcrank Janna Karma Lulu Morgana Nami Rakan TahmKench Zyra Thresh

Not a perfect list, but they are basically the top 2 tiers per role, depending on elo. Some will work better then others. I mighta missed a few.

If meta = winrate for you, sites like OP.GG are a good place to start. You can filter by rank, game mode, and time frame to see what champions have the highest winrate at your rank.
