im gonna buy kindred soon. can u tell me when to use his ult? also is he stronger early game or late game and what build should i use and is he any good as adc?
There are a few examples I can give of when I use it but not much else, a lot of it will come down to your instinct.
If your in a bad 1v1 and they got you with a high damage skill first drop the ult and calmly make a plan, you got 4 seconds to even this out and then tip it in your favor. First start counting in your head: 1 Mississippi, 2 Mississippi, 3 Mississippi, 4 Mississippi. Use this to plan your skills out. I like to auto attack at 1 activate W and hit Q at 2 and start your E at 3 but don't finish the third proc. After the heal drops Q backwards and then do the last hit on your E. A good chunk of the time this will win you the fight or at least make the other guy really consider running away.
The second instance is when the other team jumps on someone and try to blow them up. If you ult your team mate chances are the other team will just blow there combos on him and be on CD by the time the heal hits. Chances are your guy is still dead but the other team probably took a good amount of damage even with the heal and are now with out skills. Or if you support tosses them self into the other team to slow them down so you can run ulting them may be a good way to make them last a bit longer so you can run. Just remember that if you do this you just gave them a heal on top of the sup kill in exchange for you getting out. So thats a very situational one. I only do that when they cant use the extra HP to get an objective.
There was a mosh pit tactic where if everyone was piled in one spot and the other team had more damage then yours you could use it to make everyone the same HP then have your team dump all there skills and ults as soon as the heal drops, but that requires communication and the game has lost that recently in favor of ADC syndrome.
As for Kin in general they are strong pretty much all game but can be out right lethal late game. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING is in your passive. Kin has almost no AD scaling but the % HP passive will make you hurt everyone the same. You want to gank as soon as you hit 3rd and be very careful about who you mark and when. Doing it too early can blow your gank and too late means you got a kill but no mark. When the game breaks down to skirmishes, and the pathetic excuse we have for team fights in this meta, you want to hit tab and look at the other teams KDAs. Mark who ever has died the most, and if there all equal go for the person who has the most kills (means there at least in the fight and have the highest chance of getting killed) or go for who ever you think you can catch and kill. When going for a JG mark try not to use your E in case the other team comes for you. The slow can get you enough clearance to GTFO. If your attacking rift scuttler and the other guy comes in to try to take it E him and go for his butt. For some unknown reason about 90% of the time they will keep trying to kill the scuttler for at least a full second before they realize your on them.
Apart from that I would just say keep them in the JG and try not to play them in lane. I have yet to see anyone, from the LCS down, not have a mid game crisis when using lane Kindred. Something just dose not click and there is a dramatic damage drop off for some reason. They really do better in the JG then in any lane.
