But I've still seen a few times where people claim Nasus Q CD on ult is broken, so why is this a problem if Nasus was easily THE WORST Juggernaut for a long time? (He has the most counters out of all the Juggernauts)

He is literally unkillable with a Spirit Visage+Knights Vow in this meta, and his Q has literally no CD with his R up, meaning hes going to Q smack something for a absurd amount of lifesteal every 1second, since its a tank meta he will always have the option to hit something.
Also, his weakness was you could beat him up in lane for a relatively long time before he got out of control. Now as soon as he hits lvl6, hes basically the strongest top laner in the game.

Darius, Skarner, Mordekaiser, Mundo, Voli, and any other Juggernauts had their chance at being op, while Nasus was still shit, so it's only fair

Eh, tank meta means his Q's won't do quite as much damage, so he won't be healing nearly as much.
It's dumb how before, tanks like Gragas could go toe to toe with you and nearly win due to their low cooldowns and high bases. Nasus deserves more respect from tanks.
I think the E change was great. Not sure about the ult change, though...
