Jarvan and Hidden power passives.

Seems like you're ok with champions having hidden power again considering that all the mastery changes have basically done this.

So can I get my passive armor back on my flag in exchange for the absolutely worthless CDR you gave it at higher levels? Let's be real here, any Jarvan with his salt is going to be running 45% cdr most games anyway. I don't need to have 3 flags down concurrently, again, any Jarvan player worth talking about only needs 1 flag down at a time. You Q back TO THE SAME FLAG. You don't NEED to throw another one. It's not like you use it for damage, except when styling on fleeing enemies to take the kill from your adc ANYWAY.

So please, can I get my passive armor back, or a passive something else like more attack speed for my allies or SOMETHING. Not CDR. I don't need more flags. One good flag is what I want.

Not really expecting anything from them on this either to be honest and the last thing I want is for Jarvan to become op again. My win rate tanked so hard when he became a perma ban last year.

Not sure if LOLking keeps records of previous seasons, but I've topped Jarvan's most played list for the past 3 years. I think that qualifies as most ever.

The mastery changes removed hidden power. Now you notice that (for example) Grasp of the undying is giving you sustain instead of the old perseverance, which caused a few months of wet noodle fights in the top lane.

I can see how you would think that, but no, the armor pen mastery is bad, because it gives you a very small amount of flat armor and magic pen. It basically boils down to you doing 3 more damage per spell cast or auto attack. I would much rather be able to q back to my flag at level 4 of q without having to buy any cdr and at the end of the game, 15 flat armor pen is completely worthless, whereas being able to spam your spells at an insane rate is incredibly broken and over powered.

This isn't season 3 where with a combination of runes and masteries you could reasonably start the match with 23 + 8% armor pen at level 1. THEN it was worth it. Now it isn't.
