How many promos?

Why can I not find anywhere on the wiki, google or in game, how many promotionals you have to win in order win a series?

It seems like a basic and crucial piece of information.

There are a few simple places to find it;

Long story short - You must win 2 of 3 games for a Division series (Silver 4 to 3), or 3 of 5 games for a Tier series (Silver 1 to Gold 5). You can also earn a free Promo Helper win below Plat if you've been in that series before, and that's in the Ranked FAQ article.

Division promos are a best of 3 format. You need to win 2. Below plat level if you have previously played that promo series (won and decayed back down, or lost and trying again) you are also granted a free win after your first attempt.

Tier promos are a best of 5 format and the same free win deal applies below platinum.
