Can we Make Mordekaiser's Q not Auto-Quickcast

With Mordekaiser on PBE, I noticed Obliterate is permanently quickcast.

Can we not?

It bothers me and a lot of people I know that Karthus's Q is this way, but I know Riot won't change that. But can Mordekaiser not? Thanks
