Removed Mordekaiser's Hybrid Scaling?

When Riot reworked Akali and Kayle, they kept and understood the importance of their hybrid scalings. It's very disappointing to see Riot remove Mordekaiser's hybrid scaling in his rework.

Mordekaiser had many situational items, namely gunblade, death's dance, and trinity force, and it's sad to see these options be effectively removed, with the exception of maybe gunblade.

Would it be too much to ask for Riot to consider keeping his scalings, as they made an effort to with champions who previously had hybrid scalings?

His third q not rework had a 330% AD ratio I think so it would be sad to go

I think they're really trying to drive home the "AP Juggernaut" fantasy, and while hybrid scalings are useful and all, they're also tough to balance. Many "hybrid" champions still only build AP or AD, with the exception of Gunblade, so instead of having a solid hybrid build, they have several builds they need to keep in check, and nerfing a ratio won't necessarily nerf the champion, just alter their build.

Still, I would be very disappointed if his new Q has no AD scaling at all. He literally hits you with his mace, it should scale with AD. Gunblade will still be decent on him since he's melee and autoattacks matter for his passive, but I don't think the devs want AD Morde to be a thing.

Juggernaut items were always a terrible buy for Morde he builds Battlemage but they insist on calling him a Juggernaut
