Honestly, his kit is fucking stupid. He should be kalista'd until you can fix him. Take away more attack speed from his q, revert the w, take damage off his e, and take some range and ad off his ult.

I'll one-up you. I've been playing Twitch for 3 seasons. Only thing wrong atm is his W and the PBE changes are a step in the right direction to balancing him. Everything else is Twitch in a nutshell for the past 7 years as far as I'm concerned.
