I have a question but why is Evelynn the only AP champion with % magic pen?

Because if she didn't have that she would not be able to kill her target right? Because squishy champion would itemize magic resist and she would not be able to kill them even with 2 pen items and void staff right? Because you guys did your math this time and though that Maybe evelynn was 100 damage short to kill her target so lets give a % magic pen on her E.

Well I'm always around 100 damage close to kill my target when they stack up MR with my full combo on any burst mage champion that takes more risk to kill their target than evelynn.

If anyone that deserve % magic pen on their abilities are no mobility AP champions that have no escape and are very slow.

so what you are saying is that we should give Velko'z %magic pen to go along with his true damage passive? that we should give Annie %magic pen to go along with her high bursty nature? that we should give Lux and Xerath %magic pen to go along with their high range? that we should give Brand %magic pen?

I will agree with Annie but for the rest no, because annie if she is not ahead or doing decent she always lack the damage to kill a target with any sort of magic resist. Thats why annie has such a low winrate and why she is mostly played as a support and not a Mid laner.

if you agree to Annie then you agree to everyone else since they have no mobility, no escapes and are slow. So you decide, you want every single champion with those requisites to get %magic pen or not? or are you saying that certain champions need certain things and others do not regardless of what their kit offers?

if u want to know think of it this way. She's a melee, low-range assassin with 3 damaging abilities. One of which is on a 2 minute cooldown early game. She better be able to kill her target or she's actually worthless lol.

Non mobillity apc already make up for that with range most of the time. I'd rather see the %pen beeing lowered/removed for eve(she could use a nerf anyway), an assasin should not have %pen and %hp damage to assasinate tanks.
