And Riot has no problem with that? Granted it's limited in its target destination, but it's still only 110 seconds in cooldown. Is he a lane bully?

I guess Ekko could homegurad tele and catch a team, tank some damage as he runs by them, then ult healing himself and causing a lot of damage..... He even has a dash to escape too.
