@ Rioters, ghostcrawler, morello can you please explain your stance on instant mobility

I'm been silver 2-3 this season. As an average skilled player, I honestly feel like its a handicap to play a champ without instant dashes, gap closers, blinks or escapes.

Game after game I see champs like tristana, caitlyn and corki use their mobility to escape certain death or secure kills. I see diving fighters flash + mobility to gimp some poor sap out of fog of war. This capability to instantly move a champ is HUGE. Please do something about this in season 5. I'd love to play immobile champs like cassio, varus, miss fortune, veigar, brand and the like, but the ability to force engagements or force self disengage is amazingly powerful imo. Many more times than raw movement speed that you give so much power budget to. Raw movement speed can be slowed and kited. Raw movement speed has soft and hard caps. Instant mobility has none of that counter play.
