Tips on countering Zed ult

I hate Zed ult. All I see nowadays is a bunch of awful Zed players being able to pull of the ult by just spamming abilities, ignite and being able to get a far distance while deleting me the entitled ADC.

This isn't a complaint about his ult. I generally need tips on how to deal with him when uses his ult before and after. Besides getting ZH or GA.

Appreciate any tips from Zed mains that do more then spam ult on the ADC or any players in general that can offer me some help.

Zed is one of the dumb champion riot made to be “high skill capped” but have dumbed down to the point of even someone like me being able to pull it off.

Xayah is one of the best picks into him as an adc. Cause your ult just stops his.

Next up would be taking exhaust yourself (only helps a little)

And the last thing I could give is take double armor in your runes, and get that early chain vest.

Other than that, he’s one of those champion riot has given 100% agency over your ass at all times.

What role are you speaking from?

Zhonya's hourglass is probably the biggest counter to Zed in the game and any champion that can pick it up can easily counter his ult. Kai'Sa is the best ADC pick into Zed as she can reliably build this item without a significant drop in her DPS, not to mention her stealth and shield are also huge counters to the champion.

Alternatively, exhaust is an extremely powerful rune at combating his all ins, so if you're playing support it might be a wise choice to take this rune, though beware this does come at the expense of a lot of early game pressure.

A big part of Zed's ult is that it ALWAYS puts him directly behind his target, so if you have some form of CC, aim it behind the target for the highest chance at CC'ing him before he is able to assassinate his target.

He always pops up behind your champion, position for that, flashing after he pops up is also helpful if he engages with Shadowclone.

I hate zed i was playing ez mid and i put his ass on 0-3 score he got a dirk an hit lvl 6 and i was no longer safe to leave my tower despite having a tear + sheen and 2 cloth armors. and after duskblade i was no longer safe under my own tower, i ended up that game with 16 kills 13 deaths and most were in lane, i resorted to after muramana + guantlet just rushes ga + banshee + zhonya, cause they had a ap malphite and zed so everything i built countered their cheese.
