Will Twitch ADC be viable this season?

I love Twitch, he is by far my favourite ADC and I played a lot of him during last season's ranked. However this season I'm going to try going higher then last season, however I have my doubts with Twitch. Will he be a good viable pick this season? I watched a montage video that is suppose to tell you the "best" adc this season, list mentioned:

Mf, Draven, vayne, Ez, Ashe, Jinx, Lucian, Jhin, Kai and Caitlyn. I play 5 out of these 10 champions.

I think back on what Twitch pros and cons and I'm wondering if I should one trick Twitch or I should start practicing more on Vayne and Jinx since I also main those two champions.

I might be spouting out garbage but should I climb with Twitch or should I climb with other champions? I'm open to any comments.

Climb with whatever you enjoy playing. If youre having fun, youre going to have positive results more often than not. If youre playing something that doesnt resonate with you, youre not going to be enjoying yourself, youre going to get tilted alot, and youre going to hate yourself. lol.

......I am gona be honest here, i absolutely hate twitch and i am very, very happy that he is not seeing any kind of play.

Because his gameplay pattern after laning is too damn toxic between that stealth+ult+ADC damage.

I don't like Twitch, he is a horrible disgusting champ.

Especially when he is played in jungle.

Who tought giving a long stealth with an OP ulti like he has what a good idea ? Twitch ultimate is horrible and bad designed.

I don't have problem to see him again in bot but pls, change his ultimate and make something less OP.

Normally Bots only give 20 upvotes , how the hell you reached 39? Anyway , twich will be viable only when Caitlyn Who is on a buff streak gets nerfed ( who is originally one of twich counters ) Or Jinx with her big buff streak , I think 5 or something? Or Ashe Who got like 10 buffs and at the end they nerfed her mana or Vayne who gets buffed once in a while. The problem is most of ad carries got buffed and twich was left out , that's why he isn't that much viable , other adc's are just better.

Twitch is very similar to Jinx, both are crit hyper carries that spike hard at 3 items. If Jinx is viable usually Twitch will be too.

If your good enough twitch can solo carry you pretty far. I'd suggest watching rat irl. Hes extremely good twitch main that destroys people with twitch. You okay enough of any champion you'll be able to beat people who are playing op champs

Anyway when tank supports fall out of meta and enchanters become dominant, twitch needs a relatively safe/farm lane to really get going

you could try dabbling into jungle twitch. idk how that is after his nerfs, but nerfs don't always mean something should be ignored and forgotten, actually that might even benefit you.

also check out Ratirl he's a twitch main or onetrick that can definitly help you out.

As much as I hate to say it, Twitch is absolutely cancer when he's in a good spot. I'm not talking about him as an ADC but as a jungler, he's nuts.

If Riot finds a way to buff his playstyle as an ADC while keeping him weak in the jungle, great! But I doubt Riot can manage that with their limited iq balance department.

Even more a champ like Twicht that picking him in a lot of lanes is a suicide. In case you are a respetable human being that doesn't play rat jungle.

The higher Elo u reach.. the more counter-picking comes into play... so it is always better to have a good stable of champs.

I would not put much stock in that montage video list..any true ADC can carry

It probably doesn’t matter what marksmen you play till mid diamond where players will consistently punish twitch’s early game weakness with engage supports.

Honestly twitch is constantly one of the most underrated adcs at all times unless he's meta, where's he's appropriately rated. Sure tanky cc bots can get on him because he has no dashes, but he also pairs well with those same lockdown champions because they give him time and space go stack on the enemy.

Just pick a champion you perform well on and you can steadily work your way up through the ranks. Just don't be one of those twitches who tries to flank the enemy team or pops up melee range and just goes full turret mode.

Any champion is viable if you put in the work and effort. Some require a lot more than other champions, but it's possible. I get to diamond every season (but 7 and 8 which I took a looong break both years, and played Ranked towards the end of the season. Oops!) playing Soraka in 99% of my games, even during Hook Town Central (Blitz, Pyke, Nautilus, Thresh and Leona being much too common picks). Other than Blitz, I made it work most of the time.

It's a matter of knowing your own weaknesses and strengths, and your weaknesses and strengths versus certain champions and with certain team compositions. When my team lacks hard cc or engage (which they usually do, cuz people like to selfishly pick their champions instead of considering what the team needs to help earn our victory better), I'll switch it up then, but if I can make it work, I'll go Soraka.

Just do you, have fun, and make Twitch work! :)
