What's the deal with jungle Lux?

Espy Psyche··1 votes·274 views

I've seen a Lux jungle in a couple games. Is this an actual thing? It doesn't really look like the standard troll, they're seeming to actually play to win. She built Runeglaive and some other AP items. How would she make her first clear?
