Can we Rework Some Active Abilities to be Actual Active Abilities?

I get Kled AA passive,would be very useful to use it selectively, and so would TwistedFate on hit. maybe make it like Kassadin where you build up stacks then get the active, though Teemo E as well as Varus / Vayne seems ok where they are. as they are made to be passive buffs to give damage. TFs just seems weird to have a selective AA buff after a few attacks,unable to AA something and hold the damage and kled also seems off,but I guess it is for the character to have an uncontrollable skill called violent tendencies

Yeah, Kled's is a bit more thematic and it does go on cooldown and has an impact on how he plays. Meanwhile the rest are set it and forget it abilities and could easily have an active component to them.

Maybe Varus could have his passives swapped like they did with Alistar. His Blight marks and the explosions are on his passive while the magic damage and the big attack speed buff can go on the W active, or maybe like Kled it's an uncontrollable trigger, like if he has to many Blight marks in play he Darkins up and gets a crazy burst of speed and life steal or something.

Vayne's could be like Cho's and get a set time where she can apply % health true damage on her autos, instead of all the time.

I think Teemo's could be a toggle. Make his poison cost mana or something.

well they did it with cho so it's possible but more changes will come with it if they change abilities.

Bandaid patch is good enough for awhile. That's what those "class reworks" were all about, slightly reworking champions who do need full reworks, just to keep them relevant enough.

Although I guess Varus is due for a full relaunch do to his new spot in the lore, no doubt they are going to turn him into a transforming champion, probably basing the transformation on his Blight. Like he infects enough units around him and poof, he changes into a Darkin. I guess you could also throw Vayne up there as well, since she has new lore since Eve. Kled is already balanced for it. Teemo and Twisted Fate will need a full relaunch at some point, which probably wouldn't be for awhile, unless Riot really double downs on the reworks.
