1/3 of its current uptime or qss becomes a passive for insta use or both.

I mean what fucking counter is there for cc in game, never mind chained cc. This is it. This is one item to fight off 130+ champions full of crowd control.

But if you're supposed to watch what lcs players do to learn to play, but not do what lcs players do, then what do you do?

You play CC champions so you can win games. Non-CC non meta champions make people either:

Throw their face onto their keyboards;
Make them spit vitriol in the chat at their teammates and get banned;
Make them rage quit/int feed;
Repeat the above actions.

I personally think there should be more cc reduction/removal options in the game; the current lack makes the current pool of champion diversity very sad.
