They just said he's behind Poppy and Taric in terms of progress but that he is getting the Sion treatment as well.

They "just" said that? When exactly did they say that?

I think he should be on a higher priority than Fiora or the GP/MF updates... I think they need to focus on champions that are straight-up broken/unreliable.
