Volibear & Devourer
I was wondering if Volibear had a Sated Devourer if his w would be up every 2 autos instead of 3. Any thoughts?

Well, it would be up after two autoattacks, but you would still have to wait for it to come back off cooldown.
It's interaction with his ultimate would be a far more relevant reason to purchase it, though Cinderhulk is probably still better.
It would be up every 2, but his W cooldown is too long for it to be worth using.
W cooldown is huge. If you want Devourer on Volibear, look at his Ult and Blade of the Ruined King.
