My League account got hacked and was perma banned... Is there anyway to reverse the ban?

So, I have been thinking for a while to get back into League. But, the day I try to login to play one, it says I have been perma-banned, though I haven't played in months. I check my email, and it seems someone hacked into my account, submitting tickets saying that I (really the hacker) was going to sell my account, which is strictly against Riots code of misconduct or something like that. So, I immediately secure my email and League account, and submit a support ticked to Riot, asking if there was anything I could to. A Rioter named MarledFox was helping me out, and as soon as he/she saw suspicious activity, she said she could give me the benefit of the doubt, though someone else would have to help me out from here on in, Rioter 'Slug'. He then asked me to supply him a new email address to verify it was me, which I did, and then made me go through a verification 'quest', which I suppose I passed. Though after all of this, Slug said that even though there was suspicious activity, I could not get my account back. I was confused then why I had to do the quest and all verifying that it was me if it didn't matter after all. I was also confused as to why MarledFox said it was possible and Slug later said that it wasn't. I have read stories on the boards exactly like mine where the people were able to get their account back. I just wanted to verify here that I couldn't get my account back, or get my perma-ban reversed.

Im guessing you had to prove your ownership so that He was allowed to Talk to you about Accountinformation. Something Like this is always Tricky. You are responsible for the Security of your Account, your Password should be strong enough to Not be guessed or broken. Even if stuff looks suspicious like you got hacked it could aswell be that you Sold the Account the new owner got banned and now you try to get it Back. I don't know what exactly is the Case. Your best bet is continuing to ask the support.
