So, when I try to unlock my free Alistar, with the Unchained Alistar skin, it says "There was an error adding the Unchained Alistar skin to your Account. Please try again later." Does this mean I need Alistar and I only get the Skin? Because I have been trying this for months and it still doesn't work, and I am subscribed to the League of Legends youtube channel.
DarkPhoenix24201 votesit shouldn't be just the skin. I got the champion and skin for free. Try unsubscribing and resubscribe to their youtube channel, then go thru the process again. Another thing you have to make sure is that you're using the same email for both League and the youtube channel. If you have a gmail account, then it is alot easier.

It's a known issue that the Alistar promotion is often broken, and that they will give it to you just by submitting a support ticket.

Technically, I don't think it's a legacy skin. Legacy skins are skins that were in the shop at one point, but then Riot retired them from the shop, only bringing them back every once in a while. Unchained Alistar was never in the store to begin with. The only way to have ever gotten Unchained Alistar was to subscribe to Riot's Youtube channel.
