Free Alistar Bug

So, when I try to unlock my free Alistar, with the Unchained Alistar skin, it says "There was an error adding the Unchained Alistar skin to your Account. Please try again later." Does this mean I need Alistar and I only get the Skin? Because I have been trying this for months and it still doesn't work, and I am subscribed to the League of Legends youtube channel.

it shouldn't be just the skin. I got the champion and skin for free. Try unsubscribing and resubscribe to their youtube channel, then go thru the process again. Another thing you have to make sure is that you're using the same email for both League and the youtube channel. If you have a gmail account, then it is alot easier.

Submit a Support Ticket and they'll manually add it for you in a day or so.
