since urf empowers everyone by looking at what is effective in this mode we can see champions with owerly potent kits
this is a fact that only a handfull of champions can be viable in urf, 99% of the is ballanced around insane mobility imo
i thing that urf brings some of lol's problems into the spotlight, like that fact that there is no way to deal with ranged cc spam in this game
