People who have said nothing all game should have the report option at the end of game grayed or crossed out.

Additionally, those who have been detrimental to team members all game and still report players at the end of said game should have their report privilege revoked irrefutably and permanately.

The report system looks great on paper and does work great but its fatal flaw is that so many people have access to ban privilege that it remains unchecked, and in the wrong hands a lot of the time.

Sitting back and acting like a cur shouldn't grant you power to assist in somebody's ban, thoughts??
