Out of curiosity, what happens when Silas hits leblanc with his ult since it copies one of her spells? Likewise, how does it work with karma's powerup? Or one of the form transformation ults?
It seems like there are a bunch of ults he shouldn't be able to use properly. Take orianna, her ult depends on her big ball. Sylas doesn't have any balls to ult off of. So what happens if he hits orianna? Likewise how would spray and pray work?

As an aside, this ult probably took a ton of work from the devs to get into a releasable state and I think it's going to be a nightmare for the balance team. I really hope it's worth it.
Oleandervine1 votesAgainst LeBlanc, he'll obviously be able to mimic one of his abilities. Nothing about her ultimate makes it contingent on anything special in her design or kit. He presses R, steal her ultimate. Uses like his Q, then uses his R to mimic his Q. Not too complicated to understand.
Karma, Nidalee, Elise, Jayce, and other transformers will obviously not have their ults stolen, since Sylas has no way for his kit to function with it. It'll be like trying to take Nimbus Cloak on them or Zombie Poro in ARAM - it will do nothing because the game isn't set up to allow it.
Shyvana, however, is a different animal because on her ult cast, she transforms and lunges in a direction with CC, giving her transformation an active effect that exists beyond just changing her kit. I believe he'll be able to use that function when he presses R with her ult stolen, but like the others, he can't change his state.

AIQ1 votesI'd assume some ults just don't work well. Like or Wouldn't be surprised if there was a VO dedicated to using those like... "Well this is useless." Adding some skill expression and counter-play.
Transforming ults with effects such as most likely only allows him to use the Dash/Larger size/ Small CC / HP and unstoppable effect. And not the extra benefits like the empowered E.
Champions like is either he can use one of his own twice, or the one LB is currently sitting on when he ults.
Champions with charges before they can ult like I have no idea other than just giving it to him
for free.
? Only thing I can imagine for her is that he preemptively gets a black spear to use at the start of the game in case he wants to steal her ult.

Illabethe1 votesIf Sylas ults a champ with a transformation ult, or a cooperative ult, he just won't be able to use it entirely, or at all. He will have to choose a different ult (hence why his ult has the option to switch which ult he hijacks as long as it is off cooldown)
If he steals Nidalee's ult, he will not get her accompanying skills. He will just turn into the Cougar. If he steals Illaoi's ult, he will get the immediate damage from dropping it, but he won't be able to use the tentacles.
I don't know about LeBlanc's. They may have programmed it to where he can mimic his own skills, but unlikely.
Jayce won't activate. Shyvana won't activate (He has no Fury, so he can't charge it, and a large part of her ult involves post dash behaviors)
I think all this is part of the point: Sylas won't be a swiss army knife. Some ults are not meant to be stolen, which is part of the "Balance" of the champion.

Incorrect on the Shyvana part. He gains her full kit, they use his mana bar as 'Fury' for the duration of the ult. (his mana from the moment before he transformed is restored when he reverts)
Lightning2222221 votesplayed him a bit on the pbe, i do have some awnsers for some of them. The transformation ones like nidalee and jayce give him copies of their abilities (not passive, he keeps his original passive) until he re-transforms again. he does gain the Cho ult health if he kills something with it as well. From what it looks like, he gains all the benefits from the ult, so if for example annie's ult, he cant stun with it because it doesn't state it in the ult, its in her passsive, but something like the health off of cho's ult does come into play because its in his ult. hope this helps, sorry if I didn't cover everything
