Is Galio bad?
Not much to this post aside from anecdotal experience that is he awful - everything about his kit is slow and clunky. Anyone agree?

o.O He has poke, can be defensive and offensive, has a shield, has quite a bit of CC, has a big-range teleport ult with knock-up. Basically meaning he could, if played right, counter quite a bit of champions. He can play vs melee enemies and ranged enemies. I don't really see how he could be weak.
Or, this post is complete sarcasm and I'm a fool now :D
Is this a joke on how he's a giant statue so he's big and clunky?
