edit: They made it only effect champions because of alistar

Actually, they SAID it was because of Alistar. It's actually because giving turrets attack speed with Janna was insane.

I highly doubt that, maybe on the void ray towers, but on the average tower it would hardly be anywhere near OP.

But BEFORE the change, Ardent Censer just gave 25% AS and no magic damage. And 25% AS when turrets have 100+ base damage and armor shred on attack was insane.

Before the change it effected towers and still was bad, the only person who could use it was janna and it wasnt even that good on her.
delonix1 votesDoes Windspeaker's Blessing stack with itself? (for example, when Sona heals and shields an ally, is the 15% bonus applied twice?) If so, is it better to stack Windspeaker's Blessing for huge resistance boosts for a short time or to try for maximum uptime on the 15% boost?

Partholonian1 votesIs Windspeaker Alistar actually good? I wouldn't have thought it could compare to the benefits of Bond of Stone (redirecting damage to yourself is decent for any tank, but even better when you have a self heal to go with your tankiness).
